Shipping FAQs

1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the UK. You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.

4. When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s site.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellations within 7 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify it as it may already be in the shipping process.

7. Do you ship to P.O. boxes or internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

8. What should I do if my shipment is damaged or lost?
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 to 14 days of the delivery date. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund after reviewing the case.

9: Do you ship to locations outside of mainland UK?

A: No, we currently ship only to mainland UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man, or any remote areas in mainland UK that may be hard to reach or subject to additional shipping fees. These restrictions also apply to returns and exchanges. If you have any further questions about our shipping policies, please feel free to contact us.

Order & Returns FAQs

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet left the manufacturer’s warehouse. If you cancel before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 days. However, if the product is already in transit, a return fee of £80 will apply.

2. What if I change my mind after placing my order?
If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it . The item must be in ‘as new’ condition and returned with all components and original packaging. You can arrange a return yourself or request courier collection for a fee of £80.

3. Can I exchange my item?
Yes, we accept exchanges as long as the product is in new condition and meets our return requirements (unused and with original packaging).

4. What if my product is damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. For products that develop faults under normal use (per the manufacturer’s guidelines), you may be eligible for a repair or replacement under warranty. We will cover the return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

5. What condition must my return be in?
All returned goods must be in ‘as new’ condition, which means unused, unridden (for bikes), and in their original packaging with all components included. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

6. How do I return an item?
Returns must be processed by mail, and customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label.

7. Are there any fees for returns?
Yes, a £80 restocking fee applies to all returns.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, and will be issued to the original payment method.
